Banjovi, Hawkins, & Anne
Banjovi, Hawkins & Anne are a Peoria-based trio built around acoustic instruments, male and female lead vocals, and tight three-part harmonies. They cover sing-along tunes from the ’60s through the ’90s, with a focus on ’70s and ’80s light rock, plus a dose of country crossovers and bluegrass favorites.
Their setlists pull from artists like Fleetwood Mac, the Eagles, the Beatles, Little River Band, Linda Ronstadt and more—songs people recognize immediately and enjoy singing along to.
Regular appearances include Spoon River Drive in Canton and Farmington, Washington’s Fine Arts Festival and Rotary Shelter concert series, plus rooms and events around Central Illinois, along with a featured slot on the Ballroom Stage at the 2nd Annual Peoria Music Live Takeover.
At the core are James Bonnett, Chris Hawkins, and Anne Bonnett, sharing leads and harmonies to keep the focus on melody, familiarity and an easygoing, classic sound.
