Brett Haley Jr.

Brett Haley Jr. is a Peoria native, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter with a folky sound that pulls from several genres at once. He’s known for taking covers in his own direction and for original songs that sit comfortably in an acoustic, singer-songwriter lane.

After living in a handful of different places, he’s back in Central Illinois and has been steadily building a presence on local stages, including the Acoustic Originals Showdown at the Big Picture Peoria Street Festival, sets at 309 Fest in Galesburg, and live showcases at Q Tones Music in Peoria’s Northwoods Mall.

On his social channels, Brett shares both originals like “Change” and stripped-down takes on songs that influence him, keeping the focus on voice, guitar, and honest writing.
