Over Easy
Over Easy is a Central Illinois folk band built around acoustic instruments, close-up storytelling, and an all-original songbook.
Their sets spotlight original material, as heard at events like the Peoria Music Live Takeover and acoustic shows at spaces such as Rage Club and local VFW gatherings, where they’ve become part of the emerging songwriter/folk circuit.
Over Easy keep things simple and direct. They create acoustic-driven arrangements, lyrics up front, and a relaxed but focused live feel that fits small rooms, listening crowds, and daytime festival slots alike.
