Formerly the Fox

Formerly the Fox is an indie psychedelic rock 4-piece from Canton, IL. Drawing from a smorgasbord of different influences, they have found their sound in a jam heavy psychedelic funk groove.

Spending most of 2020 under lockdown they finished up recording their debut album, "Stuck in Motion." The album is a mix of songs old and new that show their progression into a four piece psych jam group. Layering different tracks with experimental effects, synths, and pedal-driven guitars the album culminates into a huge wall of sound in "Daybreak" that fades into a beach party with a group of friends to close out "Cat and Mouse."
