Use this form to let us know about anyone under 21 who is interested in lessons.
Please note that our program is funded, in part, by grants. Some grants have special criteria to help make sure the funds are used to advance music in often underserved or overlooked populations. Please note that the questions pertaining to the family’s race, income, education level, etc are optional. Just click “I choose not to answer this question.”
Regardless, any answers will be considered confidential and will not qualify nor disqualify anyone from receiving services through Harmonize Peoria.

Adult Lessons
Adult lessons are offered in any instrument and voice. Adult lessons are full price at $45 per hour and can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes long. Please use this form for adult lessons.
