Luke was born in Peoria but moved shortly afterwards to the island of Guam soon before turning 3. Raised on the island he got involved with the underground rock scene in the mid 90’s starting the alternative rock band Ars Poetica as a bassist during his senior year in high school. Together for nearly the next six years Ars Poetica would tow the line for original rock where not much of that existed and play both clubs and parties. Afterwords he formed punk bands like GASCAP and Fun For Poseurs before taking the role of Producer for local concert events like The Coors Light Original Music series, working in both broadcasting and advertising as well as managing a music shop.

Returning to Peoria in 2019 just in time for the pandemic he has started to play local open jams as well as doing live art demonstrations painting some of the Peoria area’s finest musicians in portraits.

Luke plays music from all genres in a Rock n’ Roll style, with some occasional original material and plays solo acoustic and will be looking to form a full band in 2024.
