Weekend Live Music List for July 25th, 26th, & 27th

July 25, 2025 Kindall Reuschel (Nelson)

This was my first time seeing The Infamous Stringdusters and they were amazing!

Last weekend’s lineup for us included two local friends and favorites, Will Spicher and Devin C. Williams as well as a riverfront show with Kitchen Dwellers, Leftover Salmon, and the Infamous Stringdusters.

Dinner at Michael’s Italian Feast with Will Spicher, followed by drinks at W.E. Sullivan’s while watch Devin C. Williams turned into a really enjoyable date night!

The Riverfront show was one of the best Riverfront concerts I’ve been to in a long time. Kitchen Dwellers, Leftover Salmon, and the Infamous Stringdusters all together in one lineup were nothing short of magic. And it doesn’t hurt that Bluegrass fans genuinely make up the nicest, friendliest crowds around.

This crowd was no different and enjoying the music with them made my heart soar. I am so blessed to have been able to do what I do for this long. I hope to continue for a long time coming.

There are more good things on the way, but I don’t add it to the total until it’s recieved. :-)
To learn more about this goal, you can click here to check out this blog post from May!

My trusty stepstool that goes to all the shows (to help get the best photos and videos) started to wobble. So many people offered me a hand or a shoulder. It ended up in the trash that night and during a set break I placed an order for a new one. It was on sale for $25 and I laughed to myself, “I guess I need to up that $40,000 goal to $40,025.” But I didn’t even say it out loud or tell anyone.

Thirty minutes later I received a notification that I had a PayPal donation - $25 out of the blue. Thank you to those who continue to support Peoria Music live. It really means more than I can say.

Here is the update on that $40,000 goal - After nearly 10 weeks, we are at $9564!

As you read through your options to make your decisions, remember:

You can download a video, but you can’t download a live music experience
